Purchase Tickets & RSVP Process
Ok, here's the scoop... In order to reserve your place at the reunion, we will need the following:
1) RSVP form mailed to : NCHS Class of 1986 Reunion PO BOX address (see below)
Downloadable RSVP Form (Adobe - NCHS86RSVP.pdf Flash - NCHS86RSVP.swf)
Please RSVP for all planned reunion events:
2) Check or money order mailed along with RSVP - Pay to the order of: "NCHS Class of 86 c/o Amcore Bank"
Return RSVP & send check/money orders to:

or Paypal payment sent online via Paypal buttons below.
A convenience transaction fee of 2.9% +.30 USD will be added to the costs when using the Paypal service.
(Note: We'll also need an RSVP sent to our PO Box with details on your weekend plans, guests name, etc)
